Order Processing Time
All orders for in-stock machined components are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Texas and Federal holidays).

Custom/Proprietary Parts: If an item is listed as "Made to Order," please allow the lead time specified on the product page (typically 5–7 business days) before shipping.

You will receive a notification email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been handed over to USPS.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer Carrier-Calculated Shipping through USPS and UPS to ensure you pay the most accurate rate based on your location and order weight.
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 Business Days
- USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 Business Days
- UPS Ground: 1–5 Business Days
Note on Hawaii, Alaska, and Military Addresses: While we ship to all U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS, please allow an additional 5–10 business days for delivery to these regions.
3. International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and select European countries including Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland. All other international destinations are considered on a case-by-case basis. International shipping is offered via USPS and UPS, with DHL Express available for destinations outside our primary shipping zones.

Duties and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges; All important duties and taxes (including VAT) are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Since we use USPS, we are happy to ship to P.O. Boxes.
6. Damages & Issues
If you receive your order and the packaging is damaged, please take photos of the box and the parts immediately and contact us at info@bartlettcomponents.com. We will work with you to file a claim with USPS and ensure your machined parts are replaced if they are found to be non-functional due to transit damage.
